At Maison Velluna, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not work out, and we are here to assist you with a transparent and fair return process.
- To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within 7 working days from the date you received your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
- Â Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Â Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
- Â Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please note that a standard handling fee of 60 AED applies to all returns.
- This fee covers the logistics, restocking, and administrative costs associated with processing your return.
- The 60 AED fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
- Personalized or custom-made orders.
- Perishable goods (if applicable).
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to ship the package back to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or address on the package without prior confirmation from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or store credit, if preferred).
- Deduction: The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 60 AED handling fee.
- Processing Time: Please allow [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
- In cases of proven manufacturer defects or shipping damage, the 60 AED handling fee will be waived, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
